I buy my linens, laces and fabrics at yard sales, flea markets, estate sales, antique stores and auctions. I do not clean my vintage finds.     Vintage 40's pin pad as found.
    I did not untie the ribbon but you can see inside there is staining. There were no pins or needles. I noted one spot on the outside and the bonnet pin pad looks dusty. I could have missed something.
    Very nice hand sewing.
